About Course

The course on Economics for Managers will provide you with an understanding of the basic tools of microeconomic analysis and illustrate their usefulness in managerial decision-making. You will learn about customer demand, supplier costs, pricing and output decisions, strategies from game theory for competition and interdependence, and market outcomes.  In the process, you will develop the beginnings of a competitive strategy that will lead to a growing and profitable business.
